Yes! Tadum sends you an email to remind you to prepare and send your meeting agendas.

When you set up each of your meeting rhythms you have the option to:

Set who is accountable to send the agenda. It can be you or a team member.
Set the reminder to be sent to that person 1 week, 3 days, 1 day, or 1 hour before your meeting.

It seems like a small thing but it makes a big difference in how effective your meeting is to go through the process of preparing the agenda ahead of the meeting and sending it to everyone who is attending.

Also, if you get distracted, still forget to send the agenda, and don't want to send off a bunch of email notifications, don't worry. You can select an option to not send the agenda to all participants.
