We are not Tudum

We are sometimes contacted by people to cancel a subscription but we have been confused with another company called Tudum, with a "U" in the name. We are Tadum, with an "A" in the name.

You have most likely signed up for a subscription with https://www.tudum.co and need to contact them for assistance.

How to make sure you are on the correct website:

We only accept subscriptions on our website 

Our website is https://tadum.app. We are not on app stores, or software download websites.

• if you started a trial from inside a phone app, then you do not have a subscription with us.
• If you do not recognize this website, then you do not have a subscription with us.
• If you signed up from an app store, then you do not have a subscription with us.

We do not require a credit card to start a trial.

• If you had to provide a credit card to start a trial, download software, or access features, then you do not have a subscription with us.
• On your credit card statement, charges from us will read CODEANDEFFECT TADUM. If you do not have that as the description, you do not have a subscription with us.

Tadum is software for meeting agendas.

We do not use account numbers (e.g. u27464937e).

• We do not use account numbers. If your email receipt mentions an account number, it isn't us. 
• If your user account is anything other than an email address, you do not have a subscription with us.
