How do I create a new meeting rhythm and agenda?
To create a new meeting rhythm, go the top left corner under My Team and click: Create a Meeting Rhythm Here you can set up your recurring meeting with details like when the meeting is, who is responsible for the agenda, who can access it, and who you want to invite. Can you delete a meeting?
You can't delete meeting in Tadum. Individual meeting minutes for each meeting are saved as read-only and cannot be deleted. You will find the minutes listed in the left sidebar. After a few meetings within a rhythm, we hide the older meetings, so the sidebar column doesn't get too long. If you are the person who created a meeting rhythm, you can archive that rhythm by clicking on the 3 dots next to the Meeting Rhythm title, and clicking Archive. !(https://storage.crisp.chat/users/help
What should I do if I forget to send the agenda and don't want to send agenda email notifications?
Even with reminders to send the agenda it can slip your mind on occasion. No problem. If you forget to send the agenda and want to roll it forward without sending out the email notifications you can simply uncheck a check box. When you click the 'Send Out Agenda' button you get a confirmation popup. Just click on that check box, uncheck it, and the agenda will roll forward witho
Does Tadum have a mobile app?
No, Tadum does not have a native mobile app like you would get in the Apple Store or Google Play. Instead, Tadum is a web app which means you can access it on any device that has a browser and internet. Tadum is designed so that it is optimized for any device. You can easily access and record your agenda and minutes from your laptop, tablet, or phone.
When someone logs into the agenda prior to the meeting are they able to indicate a Todo is completed at that time and will it simply disappear or will it still appear in the agenda but show
They are able to indicate a todo is completed in advance, and it will stay on the agenda. Closed items will only be removed when a meeting is finished.
Does Tadum send out calendar invites and attach the agenda to it?
Tadum sends out Google Calendar invites with a link to your agenda if you connect your account. Please note that this is only an option if you are the meeting organizer. Learn how to connect your Google account here.
How do I cancel, unsubscribe, or delete my account?
If Tadum is not the right fit for you and you want to cancel, unsubscribe and delete your account, just send us message using live chat in the bottom, right-hand corner of your browser or send us an email and we will take care of it.
Does Tadum remind me to prepare my meeting agendas?
Yes! Tadum sends you an email to remind you to prepare and send your meeting agendas. When you set up each of your meeting rhythms you have the option to: Set who is accountable to send the agenda. It can be you or a team member. Set the reminder to be sent to that person 1 week, 3 days, 1 day, or 1 hour before your meeting. It seems like a small thing but it makes a big difference in how effective your meeting is to
How do I add, remove, or reorder a section that was not part of the original agenda?
Open the agenda you want to add the section to. Below the agenda title there is a link labeled 'Edit Sections'. Click this link. From this page you will be able to add, remove, and reorder the sections for your agenda. You don't need to repeat this for every meeting, these changes will carry forward to your next agenda!
Can you export Tadum agendas or meeting minutes to PDF?
We don't have a direct 'Save to PDF' or 'Export to PDF' function built into Tadum. We think it is a lot more valuable for meeting attendees to access the agenda in Tadum, add minutes for everyone to see, and keep everything in one place. That said, if you need a PDF version of the agenda or meeting minutes you can use your browsers print function to download a PDF. Go to File --> Print and there will be a 'Open PDF' or 'Print to PDF' option.
Is Tadum free?
Tadum offers a free 14 day trial for you to try us out and see if we are the right fit for your recurring meetings. When your trial ends, if you want to keep using Tadum to help you get your team organized and accountable, you need to upgrade to a paid account. How do I connect my Google Calendar to Tadum?
It’s easy. Simply: 1.Click on your team in the top right hand corner of Tadum and go to My Account > Google Calendar Sign in with the Google account that has the calendar you want connected. How long can an agenda item stay tabled?
An agenda item can stay tabled indefinitely but you should do a quick review of all tabled items in each meeting to make sure they have not become priorities since the last time you looked at them. A good rule of thumb is, if after 3 meeting rhythms the tabled item is still sitting on your agenda, decide if it is an item that is ever going to be a priority or if it should be removed from the agenda entirely.
Where does the name Tadum come from?
At Tadum, we believe that there are 5 major sections to any agenda. Todos, Attachments, Discussions, Updates, and Metrics. T - TODOs These are the action items that come out of your discussions. What happens when I click, "Send Out Agenda?"
Yay! You have drafted your agenda and are ready to send it to all of your meeting participants. When you click, "Send Out Agenda", an email with a link to the agenda is sent to everyone who has access to that meeting rhythm. They can then read through your agenda, add updates or comments, all in real time.
If you enter Metrics in a meeting will they show up in the next agenda requiring a simple update of the current number or will they have to be completely re-entered?
Metrics will show up in the next agenda with a simple update. Click Edit --> Put in your new number. That's it!
Does Tadum have templates?
Tadum doesn't provide templates, instead giving you the flexibility to create your own agenda layout using our 5 customizable section types: Todos, Attachments, Discussions, Updates, and Metrics. You can use any number of each of these sections, in any order, and rename them to anything you want. Your agenda is fully customizable. When should an agenda item be Tabled?
A Discussion item or Todo should be tabled when the item is not an immediate priority but something you still want to keep on the agenda for future discussion. These items will stay at the bottom of their agenda section until they are marked as Open, Closed, Done, or deleted.
How does Tadum help my team stay accountable?
Tadum meetings help your team stay accountable in a number of ways: Recurring meetings with consistent agendas mean everyone always knows when the next meeting will be sets expectations for what will be covered. Is there a way to skip a meeting?
There is no 'skip meeting' button in Tadum. Instead, you can just update the date to either a rescheduled time, or to the time of your next regularly scheduled meeting. Tadum will automatically update the meeting going forward. Click on 'Edit this meeting' under the meeting title and you can easily change the date and time. Does Tadum integrate with any other software or tools?
Tadum integrates with Google Calendar so that you have the link to your meeting agenda right in your calendar invite. Learn how to connect your Google Calendar to Tadum here. Can people see the agenda prior to it being sent out? Or only after it has been sent?
Anyone with access to the meeting rhythm can see the agenda before it is sent out. This gives them a chance to add updates, new discussion items, or todos. They can do this by clicking on the agenda in the sidebar.
How do I see past "Closed" items?
You can look back on past 'closed' agenda items by either: Clicking on the past agenda in the left navigation. When you finish a meeting, read-only minutes of that meeting are created, including closed items. Using Advanced Search and choosing a section type (Discussion or Todo), which then lets you choose 'Closed' as a state.
What is the difference between an Update and a Discussion?
Updates Updates are a snapshot of the status of your overarching goals/initiatives/projects. They have a state of On Target, At Risk and Off Target. They are meant for information only, not for discussion. If there is something specific you want to talk about in any of these goals/initiatives/projects (like something that is Off Target), you add them as a separate Discussion item. Updates roll forward on the agenda until deleted. Discussions Discussions are the meat of your meeting! T
Can you print Tadum agendas and meeting minutes?
Tadum doesn't have a built-in print function since agendas and meeting minutes are intended to be recorded and easily accessible online. Instead, we have optimized the layout of agendas to print from your nicely from your browser. Simply go to your browser menu, click 'File', and then click 'Print' and you will be able to print your agenda.

Where and how do I access Tadum?
You can access Tadum on any internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari. This means you can use any device with internet access such as your desktop, mobile phone, iPad, etc. You do not have to download it from the Apple of Android App stores. Just go to https://tadum.app and sign-up or sign-in!
Does Tadum support different timezones?
We sure do! You are able to set your timezone when you first set up your account. After your account is set up you can go to 'Settings' under 'My Account'. There you can update or change your timezone so when you are creating your meeting rhythms your meetings will be set to the correct time, no matter where you are in the world.
What happens when you close a discussion item?
When you close a discussion item it is automatically removed from the next agenda when you click Finish Meeting and the next agenda is generated. But don't worry! It is still viewable on all past agendas where it was Open or Tabled.
Why would I use Tadum over creating an agenda in a Microsoft Word or Google Doc?
You can absolutely use Microsoft Word or a Google Doc to create and distribute your agendas. Tadum is so much better. ;) Here's why: Tadum keeps all of your agenda's and meeting minutes in one easy-to-find place so that they are not lost to the black hole of your email or someone's scattered shared Drive. Unlike Microsoft Word docs, everyone can access a Tadum agenda at any time and collaborate in real-time.

How do I attach documents, images, or links to my agenda?
It's easy! You can attach documents, images, or links to your agenda using the Attachments section. In an existing agenda that already has an Attachments section, simply click the message 'This section doesn't have any items yet, click here to add one!', choose your attachment type, give it a title, and then either select a file to attach or paste in a URL. When you click save, your document, image or link will be attached to the agenda. Everyone who has access to the agenda will be able to cli
