Tadum meetings help your team stay accountable in a number of ways:
- Recurring meetings with consistent agendas mean everyone always knows when the next meeting will set expectations for what will be covered.
- Agendas that get sent out before the meeting mean everyone knows what is going to be discussed and give attendees the opportunity to make sure they are prepared.
- All Todos, Updates, and Metrics have to have a person assigned to them. Todos and Metrics also have to have a due date. This means that everyone can see who agreed to do what, and when they said they would do it by. They also roll forward on the agenda until they are marked as Done or deleted. This leads to fewer "oh, I forgot I said I'd do that" moments.
