Why would I use Tadum over creating an agenda in a Microsoft Word or Google Doc?
You can absolutely use Microsoft Word or a Google Doc to create and distribute your agendas.
Tadum is so much better. ;)Here's why:
- Tadum keeps all of your agendas and meeting minutes in one easy-to-find place so that they are not lost to the black hole of your email or someone's scattered shared Drive.
- Unlike Microsoft Word docs, everyone can access a Tadum agenda at any time and collaborate in real-time.
- Tadum automates the creation of your next agenda. No more copy-pasting your previous agenda into a new document and trying to figure out what was done and what needs to be put on the next agenda. All of your open Discussions, Todos, Updates, and Metrics automatically roll forward to your next meeting until closed or deleted.
- In a Tadum meeting, you have to assign a person and a due date to all Todos and Metrics. This means there are fewer "oh, I forgot I said I'd do that" moments and people are made accountable for the things they said they would do.
